Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of jonezmusic.net and any purchase of licenses, beats, stems, or digital downloads offered by JØNEZ / JMA Digital / Grid Pulse ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing this site or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use this site or make a purchase.
Acceptance of terms
By visiting jonezmusic.net, browsing content, or purchasing any product or license, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), have read and understood these Terms, and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement. If you are purchasing on behalf of a business or label, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Services offered
jonezmusic.net offers the following:
Streaming and discovery of JØNEZ music releases
Licensing of commercial-ready type beats and instrumentals
Purchase of beat stems and sample bundles
Inquiry-based Exclusive and Film & TV / Sync licensing
General contact and business correspondence
All purchases are digital and delivered electronically. No physical goods are sold through this site.
License tiers and permitted use
All beat and instrumental purchases grant a non-transferable license scoped to the tier purchased. The four available tiers are:
Standard
$19 MP3 / $29 WAV
1 track. Commercial DSP, YouTube, TikTok, social monetization, live performance. No stems. Non-exclusive.
Package
$99–$199 WAV bundle
3–5 tracks. Same commercial rights as Standard. Stems available in select packs. Non-exclusive.
Exclusive
$499–$1,000 WAV + Stems
Exclusive master rights, sold once. Beat retired from all other licenses. Publishing remains with JØNEZ / Grid Pulse. Separate contract required.
Film & TV
Custom pricing
Sync rights for film, TV, streaming platforms, commercials, and trailers. Separate Film & TV Sync Agreement required.
Standard and Package licenses are governed by the JMA Digital Standard Music Licensing Agreement. Exclusive and Film & TV licenses require a separate contract before any rights are granted. No rights transfer until a fully executed agreement is in place and payment is confirmed.
Licenses are personal and non-transferable. You may not sublicense, assign, or resell any license purchased through this site.
Digital downloads
All purchases deliver a time-limited download link via email upon payment confirmation. The following conditions apply:
Download window: You have 24 hours from the time of delivery to download your file(s). Download links expire after this period and will not be reissued except at our sole discretion.
Your responsibility: Download and save your files within the download window. We strongly recommend saving files to a secure backup location immediately upon download.
File formats: Delivered formats (MP3, WAV, stems) are determined by the license tier purchased. Format upgrades require a separate purchase.
Delivery issues: If you do not receive your download link within 24 hours of purchase, contact us at contact@jonezmusic.net before the purchase window has passed. We will make reasonable efforts to assist with confirmed delivery failures on our end.
No refunds — all sales final
All purchases are final and non-refundable. Because our products are digital files delivered electronically, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any reason once a purchase is completed and the download link has been issued — including but not limited to: accidental purchase, change of mind, failure to download within the 24-hour window, or inability to use the file with third-party software.
By completing a purchase, you expressly acknowledge that you are buying a digital product, that delivery occurs at the time the download link is issued, and that you waive any right to a refund or chargeback on this basis.
If you believe you have been charged in error or have experienced a genuine technical failure on our end, contact us at contact@jonezmusic.net within 48 hours of purchase. We review each case individually but make no guarantee of resolution.
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes will result in immediate termination of your license and may be contested.
Intellectual property ownership
All beats, instrumentals, stems, samples, and music released under the JØNEZ name remain the exclusive intellectual property of JMA Digital / Grid Pulse at all times. A license purchase grants you a limited right to use the work as described in your license tier — it does not constitute a transfer of ownership, copyright, or master rights (except where explicitly stated in an executed Exclusive License Agreement).
Publishing rights are retained by JØNEZ / Grid Pulse on all Standard, Package, and Film & TV licenses
Master recording rights on Exclusive licenses transfer only upon receipt of full payment and execution of the Exclusive License Agreement
JØNEZ / Grid Pulse retains the right to continue using works for promotional, archival, and portfolio purposes
Prohibited uses
By purchasing or accessing any content on jonezmusic.net, you agree that you will not:
Redistribute or resell any beat, stem, sample, or licensed file to any third party in its original or modified form
Use any content to train AI models — including but not limited to machine learning datasets, generative audio models, or any AI-assisted production pipeline, whether commercial or non-commercial
Claim ownership of any work, beat, or instrumental in a way that misrepresents the original IP holder
Upload beats to Content ID systems in a way that would generate claims against JØNEZ, Grid Pulse, or other licensees
Use Film & TV / Sync rights without a fully executed Film & TV Sync Agreement — Standard and Package licenses explicitly do not cover sync placement
Use an Exclusive license scope without a fully executed Exclusive License Agreement on file
Violation of any prohibited use immediately voids your license without refund and may result in legal action for copyright infringement.
Disclaimers
jonezmusic.net and all content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no representations that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not warrant that any licensed beat is free from third-party claims beyond the scope of rights described in your license tier.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of licensed content complies with all applicable laws, platform terms of service (including Spotify, YouTube, TikTok, and Apple Music), and any third-party agreements you are party to.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JMA Digital / Grid Pulse and its principals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or any purchased license — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the transaction in question.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or a purchase shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pinellas County, Florida.
Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Purchases made prior to an update remain governed by the Terms in effect at the time of purchase. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
